The Core 3 Beauty Referral Promotion (the "Promotion") offers preferred customers the opportunity to receive $30.00 USD for referring new customers to purchase the Core 3 Beauty bundle. By participating in the Promotion, customers agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and our Terms of Use and Privacy Notice.

Referral Promotion: Customers who purchase the Core 3 Beauty Bundle will receive a unique Share Link which allows you to invite people you know to also purchase a Core 3 Beauty Bundle.

For each new customer you refer who makes a Qualifying Purchase (as defined below), you will receive $30.00 USD (the "Retail Profit").

A "Qualifying Purchase" means a purchase of the Core 3 Beauty Bundle made by a referred new customer using the Share Link. If the customer returns the Core 3 Beauty Bundle, or if the transaction is canceled, refunded, or reversed for any reason, it will not count as a Qualifying Purchase and any credited Retail Profit will be deducted from your account.

Eligibility: To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, referrers must be at least 16 years old and have a SHOP.COM account. Each referred customer must be new to SHOP.COM (referee's cannot already have an active or inactive SHOP.COM account), be at least 16 years old, and make a Qualifying Purchase using the Share Link prior to its expiration date.

All Retail Profit awarded is subject to verification. We reserve the right to delay the issuance of the Retail Profit for the purposes of investigation and confirmation of validity. We may also refuse to verify and process any transaction we deem, in our sole discretion, to be fraudulent, suspicious, in violation of these terms and conditions, or that we believe may impose potential liability on SHOP.COM, its subsidiaries, affiliates, or any of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents.

Retail Profit is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to, or shared with, family, friends, or others. We reserve the right (in our sole discretion) to disallow Retail Profit that was issued in error or that was not earned legitimately. We reserve the right to modify, limit, terminate, discontinue, or cancel the Promotion, its benefits and these terms at any time in our sole discretion and without notice to you. You agree SHOP.COM will not have any liability for any modification or termination of the Promotion, even if any modification or termination affects your ability to use any Retail Profit already issued. SHOP.COM will have the final decision in any disputes over Retail Profit, Qualifying Purchases, or your participation in the Promotion.

General: Customers, referrers and friends must comply with SHOP.COM Terms of Service and the terms and policies of any social media site where a share link is posted/used. Share Links are for individual, personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes, which, for the avoidance of doubt, includes but is not limited to affiliate lead generation and bidding on SHOP.COM search terms in connection with the Share Link. SHOP.COM reserves the right to cancel the Promotion or to change these terms and conditions at any time in its sole discretion. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions, the SHOP.COM Terms of Service, and the SHOP.COM Privacy Notice. SHOP.COM reserves the right to limit, cancel, or revoke any Retail Profit if SHOP.COM determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated these terms and conditions, or if we restrict or close your account pursuant to our Terms of Service.

Reward: Retail Profit should be reflected in the referring customer's account within approximately two (2) weeks from the date of a referee's Qualifying Purchase. Referring customer agrees that it may be necessary to provide certain additional information to SHOP.COM for compliance with IRS, tax or other legal purposes.
